Refund policy

 

Returns and Exchanges:  We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, you may initiate a return request through your account within 7 days of original purchase. Unauthorized returns or items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that a return results from our error, we will provide a return label.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:  To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. - Return/exchange requests for used or opened items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional restrictions. 

Return Process:  Eligible return products can be requested through your account. Login and navigate to your orders to initiate a return. - The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to our error. - We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Process:  Items are non-refundable after 7 days of original purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and completing a thorough inspection. - The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified. - Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items:  For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including opened or used eyelash extension products, consumable items, and customized orders. Items that are discontinued will not be eligible for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:  If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence, such as clear photos showcasing the issue. - We will work with you to rectify the situation by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
